My guess is that this is an API board. They look like 550 series EQs.
This is a DeMedio API- there's one at Sunset Sound, one at Pogo Studio, and one was recently for sale at Vintage King. DeMedio also built a console for Prince's Paisley Park.
DeMedio built a number of consoles for Wally Heider in San Francisco, as well.
